Product Description

5. Properties: transparent crystal or white coarse powder, odorless, salty, cool feeling, relative density 1.98. It is easy to absorb moisture and deliquesce in the air. Soluble in glycerin, almost insoluble in ethanol.
6. Uses: in the food industry as neutral sedatives, chelating agents, stabilizers, antioxidants, emulsifiers, flavoring agents, etc., can be used for milk and dairy products, jelly, jam, meat, feasts
