5. Properties: Colorless transparent orthorhombic crystal. The relative density is 1.769 (50ºC). It is easily soluble in water (70.6g/100mL water at 0ºC, 103.8g/100mL water at 100ºC), and its aqueous solution is acidic. Insoluble in ethanol, acetone and ammonia. It reacts with alkalis to release ammonia gas. Easy to deliquescence.
6. Uses: GB 2760-2011 Processing aid: limited to be used as nutrients for fermentation in fermentation process, also used as dough conditioner and yeast food. It is used as a nitrogen source for yeast culture in fresh yeast production, and the dosage is not specified. The amount used as yeast nutrient in bread is about 10% (about 0.25% of the amount of wheat flour).
7. Packaging: Inner lined with polyethylene plastic bag, outer layer in composite plastic woven bag, net weight of each bag is 25kg.
8. Storage and transportation: This product should be stored in a dry, ventilated and clean warehouse. When loading and transporting, it should be handled with care to prevent damage to the package, prevent moisture and heat, and prevent rain and moisture during transportation. It should be isolated from toxic substances.
