Product Description
Factory Supply Sodium Phosphate Monobasic Monohydrate powder CAS 10049-21-5
1. Chemical name: sodium dihydrogen phosphate
2. Molecular formula: NaH2PO4, NaH2PO4-H2O, NaH2PO4-2H2O
3. Molecular weight: Anhydrous: 120.01; Monohydrate: 138.01; Dihydrate: 156.01
4. CAS: Anhydrous: 7558-80-7; Monohydrate: 10049-21-5; Dihydrate: 13472-35-0
5. Properties: white crystalline powder or granule. Odorless. Slightly deliquescent. The relative density is 2.04. The melting point is 60°C. soluble in water. Insoluble in ethanol, can be dissolved in crystal water to form monohydrate salt when heated below 10°C. When heated to 100°C, it loses crystal water and becomes anhydrous, and when heated continuously, it becomes sodium metaphosphate.
6. Uses: buffering agent, quality improver, emulsifier, nutritional supplement, antioxidant synergist, salt water penetration aid, sugar clarifying agent, stabilizer, gelling agent, poultry scalding agent.
7. Packaging: Inner lined with polyethylene plastic bag, outer layer in composite plastic woven bag, net weight of each bag is 25kg.
8. Storage and transportation: This product should be stored in a dry, ventilated and clean warehouse. When loading and transporting, it should be handled with care to prevent damage to the package, prevent moisture and heat, and prevent rain and moisture during transportation. It should be isolated from toxic substances.
