Character:
It is white or colorless rhombic crystalline or prismatic crystal. It's easily soluble in water, but insoluble in ethanol. The
relative density is 1.63 and melting point is 34.6ºC. If heated to 180ºC, it may lose crystal water, convert to anhydrous.
 

Uses:
Disodium Phosphate (DSP) is used as a pH buffer, stabilizer, and emulsifier in processed cheese, condensed milk, instant pudding, and other food applications.

Packing:
It is packed with polyethylene bag as liner and a compound paper-plastic woven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.

Storage & Transportation:
It should be stored in a dry and ventilative warehouse, kept away from moisture and hot. Furthermore, it should be stored
separately from poisonous substances; unload with care so as to avoid damage to packing.
