Q:1.. Can I change the size of a product?
A: We have standard sizes for all products. But we can also make different sizes per your exact requirements.
Q2. What's your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: The MOQ is 1*40 HQ and 10pcs / Color / Model, but you can mix different items to fulfill containers, with the MOQ of each item being 5 pcs.
Q:3. What's your payment term?
A: TT 30% deposit in advance + 70% balance before the loading, L/C at sight also acceptable.
Q 4:Can I order a sample? Free for samples?
A: Yes, we offer free samples, but need to pay for the sample first, and we will refund the sample charge when get your bulk order.
Q 5:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Quality is a priority, every production process is checked by our QC and checked by our QC manager finally. Customers can check the products before shipping.
Q 6:What's the delivery time?
A: Sample is about 7-10 days, bulk is 10-15days.
