L-Sodium lactate is produced by reaction between high quality bio fermentednaturalL(+)lactic acid (as main raw material) and sodium hydroxide. With the features of natural, mild odor and less impurities, the product has been widely used in meat and poultry packing tostrengthen taste, preserve moisture, and improve product stability and safety.  L-Sodium lactate is also widely used in dailychemical industry for moisture preservation and increasing skin elasticity

L-Calcium lactate is produced from high quality biofermented natural L (+)lactic acid as main raw material.  With the features of high solubility, high bioavailability, good taste, and high purity , L-Calcium lactate is a sort of excellent calcium source for the industries of beverage, food, medicine etc.The product is a sort of white, odorless, flavorless powder.  lt can be clearly dissolved by water with a solubility of9g/100g.  The pH value of the aqueous solution is 6-8 and insoluble in grain alcohol and ether.   Each molecule contains4.5 molecules of water of crystallization.   its molecular formula is Ca(CH3CHOHCOO)2.4.5H20, with a molecular weightof 218.22(anhydrous).
