| 5,Character: Colorless or white glassy substance,fragmentary crystal or white powder. Odorless. Strong hygroscopicity. With the increase of the degree of polymerization, it gradually becomes transparent and glassy, and the hygroscopicity also increases. It can improve the dispersibility of starch and chelate with metal ions in aqueous solution. |
| 6,Usage:In food industry, it is used as emulsifier, humectant, sequestrant,stabilizing agent,tissue improver,binder,stabilizer,color-protecting, antioxidants, preservatives.It is mainlyused in meat products,cheese and evaporated milk. |
| 7,Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg. |
| 8,Storage & Transportation: It should be stored in a dry andventilative warehouse,kept away from heat and moisture during transportation, unloaded with care so as to avoid damage. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances. |
